Priority entry

- From the door opening time (18:00), VIPs can enter the venue first in the order of the number on your VIP ticket.
- Please wait at the waiting area near the venue before the doors open.

Post–show Meet & Greet with Asen

- Meet & Greet (photo) session will begin as soon as the venue and artists are ready. After the show, please have the VIP laminated pass around your neck and wait for instructions from the staff.
- Staff will take photos using your phone. Please be aware that you cannot participate the photo session in case you forget your phone or the battery runs out.
- Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.
- No photos and recordings are allowed during the photo session.

- Please receive the poster and VIP laminate pass at the venue on the show day.

• Door and show times are subject to change.
• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
• Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
• In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form 

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
