【Important Notice】
  • This package does not include the ticket to the show. To make use of the benefits, a ticket for the event on the same day(1st stage or 2nd stage) is required
  • You must have the show ticket on the same day to enjoy the benefits of the Soundcheck ticket.
  • Please be aware that the Soundcheck tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances after your purchase. Even if you purchase the Soundcheck tickets only and are unable to acquire event tickets or purchase Soundcheck ticket for a wrong day, we cannot provide a refund for the Soundcheck ticket.
  • The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
  • The check in for the soundcheck are scheduled at 14:30, and the performance starting at 15:00. However, please note that the schedule is subject to change. The Details regarding the schedule will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on this event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in soundcheck. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue at the regular opening time of the event.
  • Even if you are unable to participate in soundcheck due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
  • When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
  • During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
  • After the soundcheck, you will be asked to leave the venue. Please wait outside until the doors open for the 1st stage/2nd stage.
  • Please receive the poster and laminated pass at the venue on the show day. We will not ship them after the show.
  • The laminated pass is a souvenir. Admission to the venue and backstage is not permitted.
  • Please note that the event content is subject to change at short notice. Even in such cases, partial or full refunds of the ticket price will not be made.
  • Please be aware that VIP packages implemented overseas may differ slightly in content.

    • Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. You need a ticket for entry. You cannot enter with your purchase history or purchase confirmation email.

  • Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
  • No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made after tickets have been purchased.
  • In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
  • Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
  • Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
