The order of entry into the venue will be VIP → general guests. All entrance order will be based on numbers written on the tickets.
The specific time for the Q&A, Soundcheck, and the Group photo is undecided. Please make sure that you can manage the time before you buy a ticket.
Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the event. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the main event.
Even if you are unable to participate in the event due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
The number of people in the group photo has not been determined. It's not an individual photo session.
When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
Please receive the VIP merch and laminate for the benefits at the venue on the day of the performance.
The laminate for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.

【VIP Schedule】 *Tokyo and Osaka show
5:00 pm – VIPs check-in start & enter the venue
5:15 pm – Soundcheck Performance / Q&A session
5:45 pm – Group photo
6:00 pm – Doors Open

① Soundcheck Performance / Q&A session
Please come to the venue at 5:00 pm and show the VIP ticket to the entrance staff. Entry to the venue will be in the order according to the number of the VIP ticket.
Details of the Q&A session will be provided on the day of the event. We have an interpreter during the Q&A session.

② Group photo
The photographer will take photos in a group of 8. The download link for the photo will be provided at the venue.

③ Early entry into the venue
After the group photo, please leave the main hall and wait for the door opening.
VIP ticket holders will have priority entry into the venue from 6:00 PM according to the number of the VIP ticket.

④ Exclusive Merch Item / Commemorative VIP Laminate
You will receive the merch item and VIP laminate at the venue on the show day.

⑤ Early access to Merch Counter
Merch Presale is scheduled as the following time.

Door and show times are subject to change.
Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made after tickets have been purchased.
In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
Please use public transportation to get to the venue.

FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form
