Taking photos and videos with professional cameras and tablets is prohibited.
Please be mindful not to disturb other customers when taking photos and videos with smartphones.

Waiting for the artist's arrival or departure around the venue, including overnight stays, is strictly prohibited. 
Any accidents or incidents resulting from these actions must be resolved between the involved parties. Neither the artist, the promoters, nor the venue will take any responsibility. Additionally, please note that if any malicious behavior occurs, entry to the performance may be denied, and offenders may be handed over to the police.

Fans who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

Osaka Show Refund Details

Lawson Ticket will process the cancellation on the credit card used for the purchase. There is no need for you to take any further action.

Refunds will be processed either by cancelling the transaction itself or by initially deducting the full amount and refunding it at a later date. Please check your credit card statement for the refund status. If the transaction cannot be cancelled by the credit card company, Lawson Ticket will contact you separately.

  • This package does not include the ticket to the show. To make use of the VIP benefits, the show ticket is required.
  • The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Q&A session are scheduled to take place before the door opening at the moment but it may be subject to change. Please note that no refunds will be made even in such cases.
  • Details regarding the enrty time for Q&A session will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on this event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the individual photo session. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue at the regular opening time of the event.
  • Even if you are unable to participate in Q&A session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
  • When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.

  • There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.
  • Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. You need a ticket for entry. You cannot enter with your purchase history or purchase confirmation email.

    In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
  • Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
