VIP instructions are emailed approximately 48 hours prior to the event to the email address listed on the order. Merchandise items are collected at the show. For questions related to your VIP Package elements email: VIP@OneLive.com or call (877) 717-5816.
IMPORTANT
- ID check will be conducted on the day of the event. Please bring a government-issued photo ID in the name of the ticket purchaser. Without it, we may not be able to provide the VIP benefits. Please also make sure to bring the original government-issued photo ID, as we won’t be able to accept copies or photos for entry.
- The VIP Package tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Name changes are also not permitted. Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for profit, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Even if you are unable to participate in meet & greet and photo shoot due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
- The Laminated passes is a souvenir. Admission to the venue and backstage is not permitted.

Post–show, socially distanced Meet & Greet / Photo with Iliza
- Meet & Greet/Photo will begin as soon as the venue and artists are ready. After the show, please have the VIP laminated pass around your neck and wait for instructions from the staff at your seat.
- Staff will take photos using your phone. Please be aware that you cannot participate the photo session in case you forget your phone or the battery runs out.
- Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.
- No photos are recordings are allowed during the photo session.
Autographed Poster and VIP laminate pass
- Please receive the poster and VIP laminate pass at the venue on the show day.
- VIP laminated pass will be handed at the entrance after ticket check.

In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue. - Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.
Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
