- This package does not include the ticket to the show. To make use of the VIP benefits, a ticket for the event (Reserved seat or Standing) is required.
- You must have the show ticket on the same day to enjoy the benefits of the VIP Upgrade ticket, including Individual photo, Q&A session, VIP Merchandise item, Exclusive poster, VIP laminate and Priority Lane for Merch Counter.
- The timing of the Individual photo (*VIP M&G EXPERIENCE only)and Q&A session (*VIP M&G EXPERIENCE、VIP Q&A EXPERIENCE only) are planned to be held before the door opening at the moment but it may be subject to change. Please note that no refunds will be made even in such cases.
- Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on this event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the individual photo and/or Q&A session. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue at the regular opening time of the event.
- Individual photos will be taken by our staff using your smart phone. Please note that if you forget your phone or if the battery runs out, etc., we will not be able to take pictures.
- Even if you are unable to participate in individual photo and/or Q&A session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
- Please receive the merch item, laminated pass and poster for the benefits at the venue on the day of the performance
- The bonus laminated pass is a souvenir. Admission to the venue and backstage is not permitted.

【VIP Upgrade Ticket Benefit details】
Pre-show individual photo with Kehlani (before the door open)
- Please come to the venue entrance before the Check-in time at 15:45. Once Check-in is completed, the photo session will start as soon as the venue and artist are ready.
- The order of entrance and photo session will be based on the numbers on your VIP upgrade tickets.
- Photos will be taken using your smartphone by our staff. Please note that if you forget your smartphone or if the battery runs out, we will not be able to take photos.
※Once your photo session is finished, please follow the instructions of the staff and promptly move to the designated area to wait for the start of the Q&A session.
※If you come after 16:15, you might not be able to participate in the individual photo. Please note that we cannot provide refund even in that case.
※During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.

・No photos, recordings and signing are allowed during the photo session.
・There are many participants and the session time is limited. Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.
Pre-show Intimate Q&A session with Kehlani (before the door open)
- After the individual photo session finished, you will be guided into the concert hall for Q&A session.
- The Q&A session is scheduled to start from 17:00, but the start time may change depending on the artist and venue preparations.
- After the Q&A session ends, you will be asked to exit the venue and wait outside for the door opening.

Questions for the Q&A session will be selected by lottery. If you wish to ask a question, please send your question through the URL by the deadline, which is included in the e-mail that ticketing platforms will send you. We have an interpreter on the day of the performance.

Kehlani will open your eyes, open your mind, and open your heart. The Bay Area-born two-time GRAMMY Award-nominated multi-platinum songstress unlocks this place anytime they pick up a pen or grab a microphone.
Since 2014, their light has only continued to glow brighter.
