• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. You need a ticket for entry. You cannot enter with your purchase history or purchase confirmation email.

  In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.

• Ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person per show date for both presales and general sales. However, for box seats, you may purchase tickets corresponding to the seating capacity.
• For safety reasons, individuals using wheelchairs are required to use the designated handicap area. Customers wishing to view the performance in a wheelchair should purchase an S seat ticket and apply to the organizer. Only one accompanying person is allowed in the handicap area, and they will also need a ticket. 
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the performance, travel and accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) to the venue will not be reimbursed.
• Cancellations, refunds, or changes for reasons attributable to the customer are not permitted after ticket purchase.
• Please note that some seats may require viewing while seated for part of the performance.
