To reduce queuing, and to ensure smooth entry to the venue, we kindly request GOLD and S (Arena・Standing) ticket holders to arrive at the specified times below.

※Entry will be based on the designated number printed on your ticket(not on a first-come basis). You may enter the venue once your number is called.

※ You may not enter the venue before 18:00.

Please see below for the list of restricted items. None of the items listed below are not allowed to be brought into venue.

There will be a cloakroom available at the venue (1,000JPY per item).  Cash, credit card, and electronic payments will be accepted.

For the safety of the audience, there will be pat-down searches and metal detectors upon entrance, which may take some time. We kindly request you to arrive at the venue early for the security check.

All drinks, including those purchased inside the venue, must be poured into a cup at the arena entrance.

Bottle caps must be removed at the entrance.

※There will be vending machines inside the venue. Bottle caps will be removed upon purchase.

For the purposes of safety, the following actions are prohibited inside the venue.

▶︎ Crowd surfing
▶︎ Heavy moshing
▶︎ Slam dancing
▶︎ Any aggressive behavior

We will not accept any gifts and letters per artist's request.

Door tickets will be available at the box office from 17:30 on the show day.

*FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS*

The venue has a dedicated area for wheelchair users. To attend the show in a wheelchair, please purchase an S ticket(Stand / Reserved Seat) and apply for the handicapped area using our contact form with the following information: 

  • Your name
  • Category of ticket purchased
  • Presence of an accompanying person or not
  • Contact phone number
  • Type of wheelchair used (manual or electronic)
  • Seat number (if already printed on the tickets)

Please be aware that for safety reasons, even if you have a ticket other than S(Stand / Reserved Seat), you will need to use the handicapped area.

Only one person is permitted to accompany the wheelchair user to the handicapped area, and the escort must also have an S ticket(Stand / Reserved Seat).

There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.
