In order to ensure a safe and comfortable concert experience, we ask for the cooperation of all visitors.
●Prohibited Items
Professional cameras, telephoto lenses, video cameras/action cameras, tablets with cameras, laser pointers, selfie sticks, fireworks, alcohol, sign boards, banners, cans/bottles, weapons, drones, and hand baggage that exceeds the size limit.
Any items prohibited by law or deemed dangerous for security purposes will not be permitted.
●Restricted Exit
We will have a restricted exit after the show to reduce congestion and protect the audience's safety. So please follow the instructions of the staff and leave slowly.
●Prohibited Acts
Waiting outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is prohibited. Waiting in or out of the venue or public spaces in the vicinity of the venue, chasing, or sitting on the streets in the vicinity of the venue is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Any accidents or incidents caused by these actions must be resolved by the parties concerned. The artists, organizers, and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents resulting from these acts. In the event of malicious behavior, the artist, organizer, or venue will not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be turned over to the police for extradition.

- Please wear a mask during the performance.
- Non-woven masks are recommended.
- Please allow sufficient time for your visit.
- Early entry is recommended to reduce congestion at the entrance.
- At the venue, temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer and hand sanitization will be performed.
- No guests with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will be allowed to enter. Please understand this.
- No admission will be permitted for the following persons
- People with a fever of 37.5°C or higher
- Cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge, taste or smell disorder
- Those who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection within the past 5 days.
- Loud conversations and cheering are prohibited in order to prevent droplet infection.
- Please refrain from unnecessary shifting of seats and contact between visitors during the performance.
- Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
- We do not accept congratulatory flowers, flower stands, or gifts of fresh flowers for the performers.

- Door and show times are subject to change.
- Registration will be closed when the number of tickets reaches the limit for the pre-sale. In that case, tickets will not be on sale to the general public.
- One person may apply for up to 4 tickets per person per day for the pre-sale, and up to 8 tickets per person per day for the general sales.
Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. - Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
- In the event that the performance is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
