※If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the stripped performance, Q&A or Meet & Greet. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the main event. The VIP tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

【Benefit details】

① Sound Check, Q&A session (before the door open)

- Please come to the venue before check-in time at 16:00. The order of entrance will be based on the numbers on the tickets.
- Sound Check, Q&A session is scheduled to start from 16:30. It’ll start once the artist and venue are ready, therefore the starting time is subject to change.

※If you come after 16:30, you might not be able to participate Sound Check and Q&A session. Please note that we cannot provide refund even in that case.

★Notice regarding Q&A Session
Questions for the Q&A session will be selected by lottery. If you wish to ask a question, please send your question by the deadline following the e-mail which will be sent to the VIP ticket holders. We have an interpreter on the day of the performance.

*Q&A question submission is open to those who have purchased VIP tickets by 23:59 on Sunday, August 25. Please note that questions cannot be submitted if you purchase VIP ticket after that time.

② Individual photo opportunity with Sasha Alex Sloan by a professional photographer (before the door open)

- Meet & Greet (individual photo session) will start right after the sound check and Q&A sessions are finished.
- Photos will be taken by a professional photographer. The download link will be provided at the venue.

※Please leave the venue after the Meet & Greet session.
※During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
※If you have a letter or gift for the artist, please leave it in the gift box.

▼Important Notice Regarding Meet & Greet
・No photos, recordings and signing are allowed during the photo session.
・There are many participants and the session time is limited. Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.

③ VIP laminate and lanyard and Exclusive sticker pack

Please receive the laminated pass and the sticker pack at the venue on the show day.

④ Priority Entry to the Venue

VIP ticket holders will have priority entry into the venue from 18:00 according to the number of the VIP ticket (1〜).
After purchasing merch and participating Meet & Greet, please leave the venue and wait for the door opening.

⑤ Early Access to the Merch Counter

Merch Presale is scheduled as following time.

• Door and show times are subject to change.
• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
• Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
• In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form 

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
