- The sound check event is scheduled to take place before the doors open, and the group photo session will be held after the show. Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the group photo and sound check event.
- Only those who purchased VVIP can participate in the group photo. People who purchased VIP cannot participate this activity.
- Even if you are unable to participate in the group photo and/or sound check due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.。
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- Please note that the event content is subject to change at short notice. Even in such cases, partial or full refunds of the ticket price will not be made.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.

There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.

Door and show times are subject to change.
Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. -
Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.

Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue. -
Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
For Wheel Chair Users
Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a S Reserved Seat ticket and apply as follows from the contact form
Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
