※Regardless of the above, items that are prohibited by law or deemed dangerous for security reasons will not be allowed.
※Prohibited items cannot be checked in at the entrance. If necessary, please leave them in a coin locker.

Baggage Inspections
For the safety of the audience, baggage inspections with metal detectors will be conducted at the entrance. Entry may take some time, so we kindly ask that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Photo / Video Policy 
Taking photos and videos with professional cameras and tablets is prohibited. The use of smartphones and personal compact digital cameras is allowed. However, any photography or recording for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. The use of flash is prohibited. Live-streaming from the venue is strictly prohibited. Please be mindful not to disturb other customers when taking photos and videos with smartphones.

Prohibited Behaviors
Waiting for the artist's arrival or departure around the venue, including overnight stays, is strictly prohibited. 
Any accidents or incidents resulting from these actions must be resolved between the involved parties. Neither the artist, the promoters, nor the venue will take any responsibility. Additionally, please note that if any malicious behavior occurs, entry to the performance may be denied, and offenders may be handed over to the police.

【IMPORTANT NOTICE】

  • The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
  • "Photo opportunity in front of the VIP backdrop to celebrate your evening" does not include a photo opportunity with the artist.
  • The order of entry into the venue will be VIP → general guests. All entrance order will be based on numbers written on the tickets.
  • Sound check event and Q&A session are scheduled before the doors open at the moment. Details regarding the VIP event  schedule will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in sound check event and Q&A session.
  • If you are unable to participate in the sound check or Q&A session due to personal reasons, we will not be able to provide a partial or full refund.
  • When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
  • Please note that the event content is subject to change at short notice. Even in such cases, partial or full refunds of the ticket price will not be made.
  • The laminated pass for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.
  • During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.

    In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
  • Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
