• Door and show times are subject to change.
  Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
• Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
  In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
• Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase category A ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
