※If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in Group Photo or Sound Check. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the event (18:00). The VIP upgrade tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

① Group photo with wave to earth (before the door open)
- Please come to the venue entrance before the Check-in time at 16:30. Once Check-in is completed, the photo session will start as soon as the venue and artist are ready.
- The order of entrance and photo session will be based on the numbers on your VIP upgrade tickets. If VIPs with different numbers are taking photos together, please enter in the order of the later number.
- Photos will be taken by a professional photographer. The download link will be provided at the venue.

※Please move to the concert hall promptly after the group photo session.
※If you come after 17:00, you might not be able to participate group photo. Please note that we cannot provide refund even in that case.
※During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
※The photos will be taken in groups of 6 people, not individually.

▼Important Notice regarding the Group Photo
・No photos, recordings and signing are allowed during the photo session.
・There are many participants and the session time is limited. Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.

② Sound Check with wave to earth (before the door open)
- After the group photo session finished, you will be guided into the concert hall.
- The sound check is scheduled to start from 17:30, but the start time may change depending on the artist and venue preparations.

③ Priority Entry to the Venue (1st Tier)
VIP upgrade ticket holders will have priority entry into the venue from 16:30 according to the number of your VIP upgrade ticket.
After the group photo and sound check session, please stay inside the concert hall and wait for the show starts.

VIPs who can’t make it to the group photo session and/or sound check may enter the venue from the regular door opening time (18:00).

Please note that drink exchanges will be available from the door opening time (18:00). You may exchange your drink either during the opening time or after the show.

④ VIP exclusive merch item
