Standing tickets have an entry number printed on them (整理番号, which translates as “order number”) and people can go inside the venue according to the number of the ticket (1-) once door opens at 16:00.

Entry order is NOT first come first served basis.

• Tickets are required for admission to the venue.
  You can't be enter the concert with purchase history, etc. Please keep the ticket and do not lose them after issued.

• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.

• Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing companies listed on this website.
  Admission cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased through other unofficial websites such as Viagogo or Stubhub. Please note that we will not provide any support even if the tickets purchased through unofficial sites don't arrive by the performance date or any other issues.

There is Drink Charge (JPY 500) at the entrance.

We accept CASH ONLY for this drink charge.

There will be no cloakroom at the venue. Please use the coin-operated locker.

Photography for professional cameras and tablets are prohibited.
Please be mindful not to disturb other customers when taking photos and videos with smartphones.

Please download the photo from the QR code distributed at the venue on the show day.

Door tickets will be available at the box office from 4:00 PM on the show day.

【Important Notice regarding VIP Ticket】
※If you are unable to participate in the photo session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
※When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
※During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.

① Group photo with the band
Please come to the venue from 2:00 pm to 2:20 pm and show the VIP ticket to the entrance staff. Photos will be taken in group of 5 by the photographer. After participating in the photo session, please leave the venue and wait for the door opening.
A download link for the photos will be provided at the venue on the show day.

*If you are unable to arrive during the check-in time, you may not be able to participate in the photo session.
*Autograph is not allowed.
*No photos and videos are allowed during the photo session
*Gift will be collected in the gift box
*During the photo session, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.

② Early entry into the venue
VIP ticket holders will have early entry into the venue from 4:00 pm according to the number of the VIP ticket. Please wait near the venue for the door opening.

• Door and show times are subject to change.
• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
• No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made after tickets have been purchased.
• In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
• Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
• Please use public transportation to get to the venue.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form 

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
